September Meeting
Our September meeting will take place on Thursday 11th September, when Anthony Powell will talk to us about "The Scented Garden". Additional details can be found under Programme of Events.
The members' competition is entitled Will you succ-seed?” and should conist of a display of interesting late summer seedheads (for example, Hydrangea, Honesty, Sunflower) of 5 stems maximum, to be placed in the club’s vases (approx. 8” high).

August meeting and visit to Titchfield Abbey
Our talk for August was on the subject of "My garden lepidoptera", with Steve Oakes telling us about the butterflies and moths that visit our gardens. A summary of the meeting can be found under "News and Meeting Reports".

July visit to West Dean Gardens
Instead of an evening meeting in July, we had our annual Club away day. On this occasion we visited West Dean Gardens near Chichester for a guided tour and afternoon tea. Photos from this outing can be found under News and Meeting Reports
